Pick-Up Locations

​

We have three pick-up locations, please let us know which one is convenient for you:

 

Naples pick-up is at Crossroads Market at 5991 Pine Ridge Road (Cross Street is Napa Blvd.)

 

Bonita pick-up is at Bonita Grande Crossing at 12900 Trade Way 4 (just East of I-75)

 

Fort Myers pick-up is NEW! Fiddlesticks Publix off Daniels Pkwy. 13650 Fiddlesticks Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 33912 (West of I-75). Park near H&R Block / Cleaners at far end of parking lot.

PLEASE NOTE that the pick-up times for each tour are listed in the tour description. The “wheels on the bus will roll" at the times that are designated.

​

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY as late comers will receive no refunds.

Parking Reminders

​

If parking at one of our pickup locations in Naples, Bonita or Ft Myers, please remember, these are public parking lots. We have not made arrangements for Trendy Tours clients to park in the lots.  Any vehicle parked at one of these lots is at the owner’s sole risk. The owner alone is responsible for parking and locking their vehicles. These spots are not recommended for parking during our multi day tours. Trendy Tours is not responsible, nor does it assume any liability, for any damages or loss caused by fire, theft, casualty or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any vehicle (or its contents).

Trendy Tours Tips

 

Temperatures on the motor coaches tend to be cool... for your comfort, please bring a sweater.

 

Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne on the bus as many people are sensitive to different scents.

​

In consideration of your fellow passengers, cell phones conversations on the bus should be limited to1 minute. Calls can be returned at our frequent stops.

​

In order to alleviate confusion, separate envelopes will be passed around toward the end of

your day for the gratuities for both your motor coach driver and your bus guide. In addition, an envelope may be passed for a specific service or guide.

​

At all times, tipping is optional. We believe that tipping is a personal preference based on superior service.

​

" Smile" for the camera- we take pictures on our tours for marketing on our website and Facebook page. If you do not want to be included, please let us know at the time or email us.

Wait List

 

We take waiting lists on all tours and recommend if the tour you request is filled, that you sign up on the waiting list. All vacancies will be filled from the waiting list in the order in which it is received.

Payment Requirements

 

A deposit is due 7 days after making your reservation. (See deposit schedule below.)

Multi Day Tour full payment is due by the 60 days prior to departure date, by the first of that month.

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express & Discover.

Tours priced $300.00 to $900.00……………….……. $200.00

Travel Insurance

​

Travel insurance is available and especially recommended on our longer tours…ask us for details!  

​

Cancellation:  

All cancellations by phone must be resubmitted in writing to the office via email or USPS 
  
Single Day Tour cancellations received 21 business days prior to departure will receive a voucher for future travel or a refund of monies paid Trendy Tours less any monies paid to suppliers on the participant’s behalf and less a $25.00 cancellation fee.   
There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 business days of departure. However, refunds will be considered if we fill the vacancy from our wait list.  

 
Multi Day Tour cancellations must be made in writing to the office 60 business days prior to departure to receive a refund, less any cancellation fee and less any monies paid to suppliers on the participant’s behalf to cover deposits and / or tickets lost to specific carriers that have been purchased and are non-refundable.  
There are no full refunds for cancellations after final payment has been received.  
Furthermore, for cancellations made 46 – 59 business days before the tour, there is a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to tour departure are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

 

Trendy Tours reserves the right to make subtle changes to tour itineraries. 

 
Should change or cancellation prove necessary we will give you reasonable notice thereof, in the circumstances, and where available, offer you a comparable alternative. 
 
If a change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like natural & nuclear disasters, fire, political unrest, war, threat of war, riots, closures of public buildings or venues, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Trendy Tours control) we will offer you a voucher to use on future tours or refund of any monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.  
Trendy Tours is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour.

 

Refunds:

 

All requests must be submitted to the office in writing via email or USPS.  

Refunds will be processed at the end of each month. If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded by credit card. If you request your credit card payment returned by check, it will be minus the bank fees we incurred. No exceptions. Regardless of the reason, last-minute cancellations and transfers result in a costly process of letters, calls, record adjustments, refund checks, etc. plus, loss of non-refundable tickets and accommodations.  That is why there may be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted.
